Is there a free trial on Pro?
Yes — Pro includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start; we'll only ask for billing details when the trial ends.
What's your refund policy?
14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. Write to us within 14 days of the charge and we'll process the refund within 2 business days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep paid features until then.
How does team billing work?
Pro includes 3 seats and Enterprise starts at 10 seats. Additional seats are $9/seat/month on Pro and $19/seat/month on Enterprise, billed on the same cycle as your main subscription.
